British fashion label REISS has opened a shop-in-shop inside Macy’s at the Somerset Collection in Troy.

The Somerset Collection announced the opening Oct. 20. The new section is inside Macy’s at 2750 W. Big Beaver Road.

Founded in London in 1971, REISS operates more than 284 locations across 31 international markets, according to the brand’s website. It sells womenswear and menswear and describes its positioning as “attainable luxury.”

British retailer Next plc holds a majority stake in the company.

The Troy arrival comes amid a broader U.S. expansion. REISS began its Macy’s and Dillard’s partnerships in 2025, according to its website. Its 2026 expansion includes 10 Macy’s stores and 50 Dillard’s locations, along with a menswear expansion across all 87 Nordstrom stores.

Macy’s has been adding brands and expanding their availability as part of its store turnaround strategy.

During its second-quarter 2026 earnings call, executives said the company had expanded distribution of REISS, Rodd & Gunn and Boss, according to a transcript published by Investing.com.

The Macy’s nameplate recorded its fifth consecutive quarter of comparable sales growth, according to the company’s September earnings announcement. Comparable sales rose 1.1%, while its Reimagine 200 stores posted a 1.9% increase.

Macy’s Somerset currently lists hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Shoppers should check the store’s website for updates.
